Complaints Procedure
Complaints are taken very seriously at 32 Whites Dental Care and we try to ensure that all our patients are pleased with our service.
When patients complain, they are dealt with as courteously and promptly as is possible so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.
Our aim is to react to complaints in the same way that we would want our own complaint handled.
We hope to learn from every case and to respond to patients concerns in a caring and sensitive way.
The person responsible for dealing with any complaint is our Manager, Mrs Sarah Buckley
