32 Whites Dental Care Plan

Many patients require an individual plan to assist them in meeting the costs of their dental treatment. We have responded to this requirement by setting up our own dental care plans which we feel will suit the needs of the vast majority of our patients. Our objective is to provide a high standard of service to you with the emphasis being placed on the prevention of dental problems.

Dental care plan 1- £12.50 per month

Two detailed examinations per year

All necessary tooth ache/emergency consultations

All necessary radiographs

Two visits to the hygienists per year for scaling, polishing and preventative advice.

Emergency UK and Worldwide cover with a 24 hour helpline.

Accidental extra-oral injury insurance cover up to £10,000 per annum

15% discount on items of treatment including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canal therapy etc

Exclusions - Implants, teeth whitening and treatment requiring referral to consulations or specialists.

Enhanced Dental Care Plan 2 - £16.50 Per Month

Members of the 32 Whites Enhanced Dental Care Plan will receive the same benefits as above with the additional benefit of a further two hygiene appointments per year.

How Do I Join?

As an existing patient you will need to contact the practice where an agreement will be completed. This will require your signature and bank account details for the Direct Debit instruction. As a new patient you will need to contact the practice and arrange a consultation with the dentist in the first instance. Following this initial chargeable consultation we can make arrangements for you to complete an agreement which will require your signature and bank account details for the Direct Debit instruction.
